Exchange Eligibility

All products purchased from QaziClothing.com can be exchanged within 7 days only if the item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Replacement Policy

Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defected/faulty/damaged item is received by Qazi Clothing. Claims on all international orders will be dealt on a case-to-case basis.

Online Exchange Process

Products/items purchased online can only be exchanged through online, if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 7 days. Qazi Clothing has the authority to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

There are some cases where Qazi Clothing will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following:

• Sale items
• Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days)
• Product is damaged because of use
• Product has been tampered
• Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories

Refund Policy

Qazi Clothing does not offer any "refund" or "money back guarantee" on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects.

In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 10 days once the item is returned.

Policy Changes

Qazi Clothing reserves the right to change their "Exchange and Return" policy, without any prior notification.
